The address of the testing facility is 1132 W Blackhawk, Chicago, IL 60622. We are accessible by both driving and public transportation. If you are driving, we have relocated our parking lot. Please park in the parking lot east of the building, east of cherry street. Please continue to check in through the front gate and not the side gate and please be careful crossing cherry street and watch out for speed bumps on cherry street.
